Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

How to Return an Item

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
