Refund & Returns Policy

At Topshelf Buyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the simple policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) as they are created specifically for you.

We also cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact us at support@topshelfbuyz.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  • For unwanted items (change of mind): Return shipping and the label is the responsibility of the customer.
  • For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
